An accomplished Chartered Manager with a background as a Safety Compliance Specialist, David's career spans more than 30 years across diverse environments, including military, facilities management, and fostering inclusive communities in sports and recreation.

Starting on the shop floor in the early '90s, David climbed the corporate ladder, learning first-hand the value of resilience, hard work, and the human side of leadership, principles that have shaped his journey as a Management Mentor and Leadership Risk Factor Subject Matter Expert.

Currently, David proudly serves as Vice-Chair of the Ireland Branch of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and represents Northern Ireland on its global committee. Recognised for his work in Leadership Risk Factors, David helps businesses raise awareness and mitigate leadership risks to drive long-term success.

He continues to advance thought leadership in this area by providing insights, mentoring, and workshops that empower organisations to build resilient, high-performing teams.
